Shipping
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
We use Canada Post Expedited Shipping and Xpresspost to send items out. We will select the best option based on your location and order size.
Returns
***All Returns and Exchanges must be Returned in New Unused Condition in the Original Packaging. ***Failure to meet this criteria will void the specific Return or Exchange***
The customer is Responsible for the shipping cost of the Return and we will cover the shipping cost to send out Exchanges. If you would like to return your product please include a note so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can - we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to.
