30 day return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Black Friday & Christmas Extended Return Window

Purchases made between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 31st of the following year.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

CERBERUS STRENGTH – Returns & Exchanges Guide

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unwashed: Items must be in a new, resellable condition.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging must be included.
  • Timely Return: Returns must be initiated within the time frame outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
  • (Please note a photo of the printed invoice that arrives with your order must be provided when requesting a return or refund).


How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1 – Complete the Returns Form

Fill out the returns form included with your order. If you've misplaced it, you can download and print one here.

Step 2 – Pack the Item Carefully

Do This:

  • Fold soft goods (e.g., sleeves, apparel) neatly to avoid creasing or damage.
  • Use a protective postal box or padded envelope.
  • Cushion hard goods (e.g., belts, wraps, accessories) properly to avoid damage.

Avoid This:

  • Do not return items loose or without internal protection.
  • Do not write directly on product packaging.
  • Do not return used, damaged, or worn items — these are ineligible for refund or exchange.

Step 3 – Include a Return Note

Enclose a note with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) being returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  • If requesting an exchange, specify the new size or item

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error has been made.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
