HOW TO USE

If you're new to mouth tape, consider wearing a strip for 15–30 minutes while awake to become familiar with the feel before using it overnight.

1. Wash and thoroughly dry the area around your mouth.
2. Remove oils, lotions, beard balm, or skincare products from the application area.
3. Close your lips naturally.Remove one MUZZLE strip from the backing.
4. Position the tape horizontally over the centre of your closed lips.
5. Press firmly for a few seconds to ensure good adhesion.
6. In the morning, gently peel away from one edge and dispose of after use.
